need suggestions

I'm putting together a flat machine and need suggestions on tires. would a 20X2.1 tire make a 20.5 top tube bike look TOO long? Pretty much all parts are from Haro except the bars which I still don't know what kind to get. I know I want the bars long 26-27 inches. Any suggestions on bars? Last is a fork. I don't know what kind of fork to get. It has to be a 14mm fork. If I could get some output I appreciate it. OUTZ!

for me,
your bike is too long for flatland...unless ur as tall as trevor MEyer
to ride a 20" frame in flatland..
anyway...
it doesnt make any BIG DIFFerences when you ride big or small tires..
i suggest 1.95....its good all aroud..
for fork and bars,just buy something thats comfortable..
later on when u've practiced a lot, you'll know what to buy.
