Hm, interesting. The lower part looks like the Homecore bar from around 1999, but these didn't have bends at the transition to the grip area... Hm, maybe a custom bar?

I heard the same suggestion and also that it can be made by Indy industries.So this is definitely from Homecore(https://a.radikal.ru/a43/2010/de/68a4fa29434f.jpg)

Those bars are fit  for my 7 year old...
