Title: Big tiddy goth gf
Post by: nosubsteve on February 06, 2019, 10:30:15 AM

Thought I'd do a quick rundown of my current bike... It seems to change pretty regularly, but as it stood last week:

(https://i.ibb.co/PMz8ZF7/suelo.jpg) (https://ibb.co/2SYB7WD)

Frame: Suelo Simple V2 (18.8" I believe, dropouts ground out to 14mm, old but still good)
Forks: S&M Fastpitch 990
Stem: Madera Mast 48mm
Bars: S&M Intrikat 9" - cut down to 24" then 1/2" Deluxe extenders added  ::)
Brake: Odyssey Evo 2
Headset: Alone
Grips: Cult x Vans Waffle
Cranks: Madera Bantam 22mm
Sprocket: Alone 25t
Pedals: HT something or other
Chain: probably
Post: S&M Long Johnson
Seat: Bone Deth Vibrator
BB: Alone with Vocal DRS mod
Wheels: Madera Gulf Coaster/Pilot V2 on Sun Envy rims, Total double butted spokes
Tyres: Maxxis Grifter 1.85"
Pegs: Kink Drift plastic pegs with griptape
Tubes: yup.

It can be a twitchy little bugger since I've been riding more street lately, so a few things will be changing again soon...

P.S. If anyone can get hold of some grips off Scott Scholl I've been wanting to try them out a fair while... The waffle ones are fine when they break in but they don't half get sweaty.

P.P.S. just found an older bike check on here, that thing was lighter than air!

20" S&M ATF frame
8.5" S&M Intrikat bars
Madera Signet sprocket

It feels really good now, heavier frame but glad I made the switch, it's a much more well-rounded setup.

Looking good mate! I always loved the Suelo simple frame.

I like how the layout and setup change depending on the current style of riding.

Soon as mine is finished and back together are do a bike check.

Here's another one I found after several miles of scrolling, custom frame from PiR Malo back in 2012:

One big change:

Infinity Ka frame, 19.5" TT
Feels (and looks) very classy, really nice clear black paint, internal chain tugs and a sensible CS length, I'm hoping to stay on this for a long time.

and one small change, S&M Enduro stem in 40mm. Recessed top cap means I've had to add a spacer, so maybe 1/4" taller than before... might shave the steerer a bit to compensate, might not bother.
That's it for now, gonna go ride!
