What's up everyone, I want to try slightly longer bars without having to buy a new pairs, I just want to add an inch on either side so I was wondering if there's any other option besides welding a piece on?
I was thinking maybe two spider nuts on in the bar and one in the extension and then a bolt to hold it together
Any better ideaz?

There are several brands that make bar end extenders.
DELUXE BMX made 2 different sizes, but they have been out of stock in shops and I think they don't make them anymore.

Hi,
I did this in the past and would like to share my experience: One inch on each side is a lot! You will feel the difference if you add 1 cm per side. So maybe this is easier to realise and you may want to start like this.
If you find bar ends like these

you can put a narrow ring that you have cut from another handlebar or any 7/8" tube between the bar end and handlebar. This give you at least a little more width and it is very easy.
