Ok, the back end is different, but the side view is 98 % like the Sick Child. But as they do not produce frames anymore (do they?) I would say it is ok.
In general the frame looks good. I would place a chainstay bridge, but who knows...

I wish they made this with a 19,5" (ish) top tube and 18-9 chain clearance.
