Ok, this video is insane! Get ready for the Percy experience! The locals welcomed him into Toronto by hosting a jam, and as luck would have it; it rained like crazy. They took it in stride though, and went for some bizarre things, like darksides, hang nothings, and hikers down stairs, and even a no handed blender IN THE RAIN.
