It has been nearly 7 years since I was dedicated to flatland but I'd like to get back into it. Please recommend me a custom build with a frame that has an 18.9 TT.

any buget limit? weight and height info. would be helpful; and why 18.9" t.t. length?
there's lot more space due to the lower t.t height and shorter steerer tubes of contemporary bikes...
