I cant believe no one has commented on this! Love your bike, after nearly 3 years my Instrumental will be built this year! I bought it new sat on it for nearly 2 years. Sold it, then found out just how rare the 19.25s are so i bought it straight back & now im finally going to build it haha.

That half link chain is overkill... at least get one with hollow pins

Nice bike!
How does the front wheel hold up with 28 spokes? Is is stiff enough? I guess you are not heavy...
I would agree with outriding's comment about the chain. It seems like you want to have a light bike. Another chain could probably save 200g. A 10-speed road racing chain (which should work with a 3/32" sprocket and a Geisha driver) with 68 links weighs about 170g. I think as long as you do not run it super tight it will last. For me it works.

half link was done away with and replaced with a cult one i still perfer halflinks weight isent an issue i have to run it super tight chain slap and noise atall annoys me lol i dont notice any differance in the wheel just looks cleaner,im only 8 stone so i wudent feel much flex haha!
