Title: GREAT video - Need Help Identifying the riders

My brother created this video of his summer and we attended the Seattle Flatland Jam and captured a couple riders in this vid either from BC, Washington State or Oregon. 
 
Although the video isn't focused on flatland, it did great justice in reprisenting it in his vid. 
 
Please help me identify who the riders are.
