At this moment we´re finishing the second version of Sam´s prototype Focus frame and also making another new version of Keelan´s singature frame LowKee, that will have a longer TT and CS then the first one, also coming in some fresh new colors and a minor redesign.
On this second version of Focus prototype we modified the look of the frame just a little bit to add some more space above the TT and we´ll also play around with angles on the frame so Sam can make a final decision on what the production model will look like. We expect Focus to be available on the market in summer 2010.
Also, we´re working on a small redesign of a Worldwide stem, just to make the front plate stronger.
Last thing I would like to announce are Luna and LowKee complete bikes. We are making few prototypes of these bikes to test all the parts and try to make the price as low as possible.
As for the team, things are looking really great. Sam has been really underground all this year and it was a right thing to do, cause he got his batteries charged and he is really eager to ride. This whole Groundtactics movement really got him motivated so you can expect a sick video for Semi finals.
Keelan has been doing Inertia Shows throughout the year and I think all of you have seen his latest video.
Then there is Sonic, a young talented rider that yet has to blow your mind, hehe. Be sure that he will. He´s a great guy with a huge talent, enormous will to ride and a super fast riding style. 2010 is going to be his year for sure.
And the last news comes straight from Japan - Akihiko Takahashi made an INSANE new video, 8 minutes long, with so many amazing moves... Check it out and see for yourselves.

+1 yes please make a chrome lowkee with mounts
-
IF there are mounts, they should be removable.
If my bowls breaks, I'm definitely getting that sam foakes frame. It looks siiick.
-
hehe ZION is coming. a bad thing u need to watch yourself

A Lowkee with longer geometry?
Are we talking about 19.2'' TT or even longer? I would love that!
I'm in the market for a new frame and I would wait half a year or something like that for such a frame... love the Lowkee but 18.8'' is just a bit short for me (6'4'')
-
Definitely one of the great semi-promises (almost a confirmation) of the current Flatland market. Specially because of the rider's acceptance of the parts overall.
I can't wait for the weather to clear up, some spare time and 100% bike condition to try out my Low-Kee.
Thanks Zion [[]]

I love to get a Focus or a Lowkee if either come in 19 inch.

I also hope there is a bit more variety in the colors.
I love these "raw" variations that are like what's on my bike, and what's on volume's fixed gears.

A good paint job is one of the few things that I'll get up and pay attention to on a bike. Everything else is just meh.

Those "clear raw" are very interesting indeed, MK Alive 2.0 comes in a beautiful red tone, very nice..

Oh and bring a blackish tone too, they are the most compatible with the color schemes.

Its true what that article says,
chroming 4130 cromoly steel (and other steels) causes hydrogen embrittlement but if the chromer knows what he's doing he will apply a heat treatment procedure called "hydrogen embrittlement relief". This process will remove or redistribute the Hydrogen.
Technically, chromed 4130 steel will crack more easy than painted 4130 steel.
Im sure the chromers for Profile know what there doing since you hardly ever see one of there cranks broken, but can you really trust the chromers in taiwan?
Or does this all really make a big difference?
