called The Spy Next Door. Im hoping they wont make him do stupid sh*t like go down a hill really fast, but highly doubt it (because Chan does most of his stunts). I want to see some flatland moves as self defense. There will be definitely be a flatland bike in this clip because they made Jesse bring 2 identical bikes. Oh this is going to be f*ckin awesome...

Yes, i too hate to give away cool stuff like this , but it truely isn't much. Jesse is doing a 360 slider on the back pegs going through a bank teller's window . Luckly Jesse did not break his nose. =)

That looks like a painfully light bike.
Jackie Chan once filmed a part of The Tuxedo at a restaraunt across from my old apartment building. His trailer was parked within throwing distance of pinecones. It was pretty neat to see him in person. Friendly little guy.

This is great news... when was the last time movies incorporated BMX stunts? The early 90's maybe?
The sequel to 'Ong Bak', made a few years ago, was filmed in Melbourne, Australia (maybe Sydney), and was a Jackie Chan style movie. It had a few guys doing tailwhips off ramps, in an effort to knockout the movies hero. It was shot inside an old warehouse, and had a variety of baddies, all taking on the hero at once.

There was a Jackie Chan movie a while back that featured "extreme sports." It was about a group of privileged young people who acted out as criminals just for the excitement, and Jackie Chan plays a cop trying to stop them. I think it was New Police Story. Not his greatest movie, but it's not bad either.
Does anyone know if there is any kind of BMX scene in China?

I saw the preview @ the movies this past weekend, and there was a really quick shot of Jesse being Jackie riding flat. Hell Yes!!! I don't care how dumb or corny this movie might be, I'm gonna go see my man Jesse!!!

I remember a few years back I lived next to a burger king where Jackie Chan was filming the Tuxedo. My apartment was pretty close to his trailer so at night my brother and I threw pinecones at it until he finally came out to see what the hell was going on. Good times. I'll see it to see puente ride. Might as well since its better than most of the movies coming out these days.

Imagine a troop of Flatlanders going out to see this movie for Puente...kinda like a Flatland DVD premiere...and everyone cheering mad stoked during his take.
I don't know if someone here has gone to any Skateboard, Surf or BMX(action sports) premiere. Its insane. When Jay Miron would showcase a DVD during the Toronto International Bike Show the theatre would get thrashed. The riders would be hollering and cheering bombastic during any rad trick footage. It was awesome...even if he had to deal with huge liability risk. Poor Jay...lol
When we premiered Bobby's Tico Jam DVD...really cool theatre (remember the ASC cake with black icing..lol)...it was somewhat quiet, same at CineCycle when showcasing Jeff D Vibe footage. Elusion/art show was cool too. It was nice. You guys are a different breed.
Holy Cow...you know there needs to be more DVD/Art shows in the riding community, especially for Flatland...The Bad Team/Ares/ should put something together. I really hope in the coming year its a Big Bang during a major AM/Pro contest. Instead of energy going into petitions find a way to get more happening/support/marketing during the major established known events in your community.
On the note in regards to marketing be it for personal self/flatland...Right On for Jesse...N

Wow...we did 3 dvd showcases for Flatland, and art shows...and that was only for Flatland not counting the other sports we rep.
"Sleeping Giant" its time to wake up...support your events more and get people who don't ride Flatland or bikes to check it out. Don't keep a distance with mine/our...N

I just came from This is it MJ and saw the Preview on the Big Screen. I really wanted to Jump up and Screem but I contained my self. My wife was like who was that!! I was quick to tell her..hahah. I can't wait to see the whole movie.
