Russia is a huge country and we know there are flatlanders but unfortunately we don't hear a lot about them. Where are you Russians? However, we know about one big BMX contest in Moscow that includes flatland: this summer the Adrenalin Games will be on July 7 and 8 in a park in the center of Moscow.
