Freestyle Cycling in the Gambia

Video-maker and photographer Bruna Martini made this video of the Gambian Topcycle Team. After the Bikelordz Ghana video this is another interesting insight in the African freestyle scene. Bruna sent us a few more information about her video project and photos:

"Those guys are absolutely amazing - really focused on what they do, and great lovers of freestyle. You may know The Gambia is one of the poorest countries in the world, and many of their inhabitants are generally lacking of any education. Meeting those guys who know how to repair bikes and use their freetime to get better, was simply unbelievable.
The Topcycle team is looking for help - advertisers interested in them, donors etc - because they have no proper bikes, or protections, or structures to make their tricks. So if someone wants to help them, I could put them in touch. My Twitter account is @martinib.eu"
