Wednesday - Browsing New Orleans for the Voodoo AM Competition spot!

This is my first news post, so bare with me! Wednesday Morning Update: I will hopefully be meeting Scott O. and some guys at the City Park spot to ride tonight. I did however, find the spot this morning, and rode for a little while. I do have to say this though, I don't know how you guys ride here during the day. It wasn't even hot, like 80 at best, but was like 300% humidity. I honestly, no lie, could not hold onto my bars after 30 minutes of riding, even with a towel. I'll have to say that I need to find some gloves if I want to have a descent showing Friday!
Now onto some PICS! My hotel is next to the French Quarter if you're familiar with the area...I took a couple pics out of my hotel window just for kicks.
Ok, so it was about a 3 mile ride for me from the Hotel in the French Quarter to City Park. I took Orleans Ave. the whole way there and here is some of the devastation that I saw on the way. It was crazy because some houses looked like 250,000 dollar homes and on either side would be 2 houses that looked like burnt to the ground ! Remember, this is mostly water damage!
I arrived at City Park - The Entrance. Then pedaled a hot second to arrive at the Voodoo AM Competition Spot: Shot1 Shot2 Shot3 Shot4
