Under 23 contest

Under 23 is a japanese contest for under 23 years old which took place at Yokohama, in conjunction with the 150 anniversary festival of the Yokohama port on May 31st, 2009. Nao Yoshida won the contest, helped to organize it and wrote a short article about it: Under 23 report.
