Ticos Jam 3 in Costa Rica

Luis Elias about the upcoming Ticos Jam 3: "As a part of the Costa Rican traditions, Ticos Jam will have a special spot inside the BMX agenda in Costa Rica. Year by year, this event has been growing to the extent that this year we will have four special guests: Terry Adams, Scott Powell, Patrick Schoolen, and of course, Manuel Prado. The main goal of this event is not to show who the best rider is, but to motivate all the riders to enjoy the sport as it has to be. During the jam, which is not a contest, the sponsors including Flatlandfuel, Diversion Video Magazine, Etnies, Odyssey, Super Pro Bicycles, etc, donate products to all those riders that show their skills. As a consequence, each rider gets a really good prize. There will be also a small “Best Trick” contest. The inscription fee is only $5, but the prizes are amazing. This year, the third edition of the Ticos Jam will take place in Aranjuez neighbourhood (San José province) as usual on Sunday February 19th from 11a.m. to 5p.m. We wish we could have as many riders as possible so if you live in another country, and you would like to visit us, you can contact me at eliasbiker@hotmail.com. You can stay at any hotel around the area, the prices range from $20 to $90. We will be waiting for you!"

We have even more new events listed:
- 18th of February 2006: Cycle Jam in Japan
- 7th-13th of August 2006: OG Summer Games (Camp+Contest) in Hungary
