The Old Guy's Guide To Re-Entering BMX

The fact that "old guys" are getting back into BMX is not really news. In fact, I see it all the time - but something I haven't seen is a more or less comprehensive guide addressing the topic. Credit goes to Dion for this one.

Much has changed since the 80's and 90's, including lifestyles and the dreaded second puberty of excess body fat; not to mention the bikes and the tricks being done. Keeping yourself in one piece is also a greater concern as one ages, and that's also covered here. If you are said Old Guy re-entering BMX and feeling overwhealmed with where and how to actually start, give this one a read.

The four parts are as follows:
A Preface and introduction
Psychology, fitness and safety
Dissecting the modern BMX bike
and
You, the BMX rider
