Step one : Click here and download a new 8 minutes video from the Nokia BMX Worlds 2005. Thanks to Beny for making it and thanks to Ivan, the webmaster of the Czech Bmx server www.tbb-bike.cz for telling us.

Step two : Go to the riders database and make new flatland friends from all over the world. The database now has 300 riders listed.

Step three : If you are a girl get a plane ticket and visit the UK Girls BMX Jam. It takes places on Saturday 26th November at the skatepark in Redcar. For more information contact uk_girlz_jam@hotmail.com.

Last but not least Chris Böhm ( St.Martin team rider ) is now rocking on his new Down Town frame. In february he´ll move to Lörrach, Basel (Switzerland) because of his job.
