Interview: Jean-Francois Boulianne on Odyssey Flatware + Bike Check

The news dropped last night on Odyssey's Facebook and Instagram. French-Canadian Flatlander J-F is getting sponsored by one of the major BMX companies. Here is what he had to say about that: I am super stoked to be working with Odyssey. I am really amazed by the quality of all the Flatware parts. I will keep traveling and sharing my positive attitude with all the riders of the world.

How did you get that deal? I went to New-orleans to attend the Voodoo Jam. I stayed with Terry for a week. We rode 4 hours everyday like mad men. I was looking to get sponsored at that time and he gave me some good advice. 2 month laters he skyped me and told me they were looking to expand the team and promote the brand.

Last year J-F was on tour in Europe and made a stop at the Global office for a video interview. At the moment he is back: I am currently in my second eurotour this year. I left Montreal for Korea 3 weeks ago, my next stop was Budapest. Now I am on holiday with Sevisual in Hungary, we are going to Slovakia championship (Flatdance) next weekend. Then i am flying to France for a contest and Spain to hit the Rebel Jam.
