Artem Savichev (Sava) - Rider of the Month, December 2009

When a lot of people think about Russia, the image of the old Soviet empire spring to mind. It’s a sad and outdated cultural stereotype, but riders like Artem Savichev, aka Sava are going a log way to change that.

Here’s a few words for Sava to prove the point: “I think very soon the guys from Russia will show the world that our country is not just vodka, though it is delicious, but still good riders.”

Personally speaking, this is one of the best ROTM interviews I’ve worked on, so, with great pride and respect, I give you Decemberīs Rider of the Month…
