Anarchy in Anderson 2 Results: Jean-Francois Boulianne wins

JF won the 2nd round of the AM Flat Circuit in Anderson, Indiana, USA. We left our calculator in the drawer but together with his 5th place in Toronto that should get him at least pretty close to the top of the ranking. They will probably update it these days: AM Flat Ranking 2013.
