(BOOM)
when I was study in grade 9 (15 years old), I’m took up flatland bmx a freestyle type of bmx cycling done on smooth, flat surfaces. With nobody to coach me, I’m worked with other bmx riders and looked for tips on the internet. I’m learning to new trick by video and some website for example www.flatmattersonline.com and www.global-flat.com. I practice 3 hours per day, beginning at 7 pm, - 10 pm every day. I practiced with other riders at a park, and we tried to learn new riding tricks by watching clips of riders on the internet some time I like to see street video. Since the day I first saw a group of flatlanders spinning their bikes around in the playground, I knew he had come to the right place. After practicing for a year, I was ready to participate in a competition. I lost at his first contest, but it was a worthwhile experience for the rookie rider. I hard work paid off in the end, leading to his current high ranking. I was eventually ranked no.1 in the amateur category, and now I one of the top three in the professional category in Thailand. I think that competition inspired me to practice more than before so that I wouldn't lose next time. I have a sense, many amateurs overseas are as good as our professional riders, so I always advise young riders to keep practicing seriously, rookie riders should always arrive on time for practice and focus on developing their skills, rather than just hanging out with friends. Any athlete, whether a world champion or grass roots player, can benefit from mental training, for the simple reason that your mind controls every physical movement.
Flatland is an exhausting, time consuming discipline in which the rider learns different balance points and center-of-gravity-in-motion techniques through repetition and old fashioned trial and error. Some tricks can be learned in hours, while others may take years to master. it makes you wonder about the recipe for success. Maybe it's an athletic mind which focuses on mental concentration, stamina and training. Remember that bicycles are fun, but they aren't toys. Even a small fall off a bike can cause serious injury. Take the time to practice cycle safety, if not for yourself, then for your loved ones.

-Thanks for everything that I have today.
