“The Jam in Long Beach was mostly rained out this weekend, So watch this video in memory of better days and then go ride your bike!”
“The event was officially canceled yesterday due to morning rain flooding the place. About 50 riders came out anyway and everyone helped clean/dry the park. There were some sweet prizes handed out, and Innertwine Clothing came through with $100 for best trick which went to Lawrence Werrell. Congrats to him.
This jam has been going on for 5 years, and the progression of young talent is astonishing every year. First frontie this jam has seen by a rider I’ve never seen, for example. Billy from San Diego flowed everything really fast and did a luc-e on the vertwall. I was stoked As you already know, Lawrence Werrell got really r e a l l y good He was blasting everything and making all the girls scream! Flatland riders were partying it up too, S&M’s Ryan Russel and Quamen’s Max Roth were both riding really dialed.
Thanks to all the riders, sponsors and everyone who helped out!”
