始まりましたデストラック練習日記。

これでブログ更新率も上がるでしょう。

今日は左足左手ペグ持ち直線10mオーバー。

暗闇でも10mオーバー。

しかし安定はしてない。口開く。右手が必死。

左足左手で左回り1/3周（円小さめ）。

左足左手で右回り1/2周（円大きめ）。

右足左手ペグは約5m。記録更新ならず。

左足右手初トライ。

記録約5m。むずい。

右足右手流せず。

これは他のがもうちょい安定してからまたやろう。

両足ノーハンドで睾丸強打。

睾丸強打って打とうとしたら睾丸強打よりも先に＂睾丸兄弟＂が出てきた。どんな奴らや。
