べっこです。

有給で１日お城公園。

朝９時から途中昼食べて４時まで同じ技撮影するも決まらず。。

今日の練習メモ

・惜しいを何回も積み重ねる

・めちゃくちゃ惜しかった時は絶望するのではなく希望を持つ

・乗っててリズムとウネリがある時に調子良い

・惜しいのがあったらめんどくさがらず一旦カメラ止めて保存して研究材料に残しておく

・路面が汚れてたらめんどくさがらず掃除する

・喉が渇いたらめんどくさがらずちゃんと飲む

・目が乾いたらめんどくさがらず目薬さす

・身体が火照ってきたらめんどくさがらずタオルを濡らして身体を冷やす

めんどくさがらないシリーズは結構大事で、特に喉の渇きや目の乾きは一旦荷物置き場に戻って仕切り直すのが流れを止める感じが嫌でそのまま練習続けたくなりがちだけど、ちゃんとその時その時で小さなストレスを取り除くことが大事。

とか語っときながら今日６時間撮影して撮れんかったから説得力なし！

ほんまにやばいぞ時間がない。
