雨の予報が外れて１日晴れ！

しかし気分は晴れない。

昨日のベンジャミンショックが抜けないのだ。

このジェラシーをエナジーにしないと！

てことで来週末はJAPAN CUPやけど練習するのは新技新技新技。

JAPAN CUPグダッたらベンジャミンのせいや。

今日も進歩は少しだけ。

けど焦らない。これを続けていけばいい。

背面系やるには肩関節が柔らかい方が絶対有利。

ストレッチしよう！

夕方、やっぱりJAPAN CUPでグダる自分を想像したらゾッとしたのでちょっと大会練習。

よく乗った。
