べっこです。

今日は５年前からの大会技、ルーティーンＳをメインに練習。

いつもはリズムを意識するけど、久し振りということもあり今日は１つ１つのスイッチを確認するように、丁寧に、丁寧に。

丁寧に、ねっとりと、滑らかに。

何度も反復するうちにセクシーさが増した気がする。

これは明日からも続けよう。
