朝から雨で

と思ってたら昼過ぎから予報変わって晴れましたね

ってことで、いざお城公園自転車

低くなって幅も短くなって少しは扱いやすくなったはず

あとは、スッキリしないブレーキワイヤーの取り回しをどうするか…男４人で考えてました。

自分は最近目標も練習内容もハッキリしてて練習が楽しい。

まずは来月のＣ３名古屋と近々撮ってもらいたい映像に向けて。

ルーティーンEは最近結構決まりだした。

ルーティーンXPは今日一発目のトライでメイク。

ルーティーンXPXPは今までで一番惜しかった。

しんどいけど後半XPだけの練習がもっと必要。

ってな感じでモチベーション高めで居残り練習。

結構暗いけど技によっては乗れる明るさ。

後半XPを３本決めたら帰るルール。

疲労と空腹による集中力の低下かラスト１本がなかなか決まらず、とりあえずトイレ。

トイレから帰ってきた一発目で決まった。

集中力低下の真の原因は疲労でも空腹でもなく尿意ドクロ

ドクロ

これは大会中も気を付けよ。

ペダル技練習後の冷やし中華＆唐揚げで筋肉モリモリ。
