The second stage of the X-Sports Contest Series. Situated in the heart of the thousand islands, this Canadian flatland series is held in the Ganonoque Recreation Centre. The floor is smooth concrete with a light coke to tack it up...Friday is practice, Saturday is the contest. The contest starts at 12 with warm ups, then starting at 2pm with Novice, Vet, Expert, then Pro qualifying. Pro finals begin at 4. The format will be Jam format...10 minute groups of 4, one in one out. If you fall or pull a trick, the next rider comes out. Finals will be battle format . Sunday we can all relax, enjoy the sights in the 1000 islands.
