General Info:  PANAMA FLAT INTERNATIONAL 2009

Date: Sunday, november 15th, 2009 – Coastal Belt, Panama City

Time: 1:00 pm Opening and beggining of the event

Registration Fee per competitor:  $35 USD (includes Panama Flatland printed t-shirt, medal, accommodation, tour to Panama Canal, shopping)

Accomodations are free from Friday, november 13th to Monday.

Transportation will be available on Saturday, november 14th to restaurant tour, visit to the Miraflores gates of the Panama Canal, shopping (Albrook Mall), and in the afternoon, participants will be able to practice in the Coastal Belt.

Sunday, november 15th – 8:00 am transportation to the Coastal Belt for registration, snacks and a practice before the competition.

The Club BMX organization will be providing a snack the date of the event (applies for international and national participants)

Every participant is responsible of food, shopping and personal entertainment. The organization will only be covering snack, lunch and transportation the day of the event.

The Club is not responsable for lost of materials, accidents or any other fortuitous situation that may occur to any participant before, during and after the event.

The day of the event the participants will have the opportunity to practice during the morning until 12:00 md.

We would appreciate that the confirmation upon participation to the event will be sent at least 10 days befote the event.

It is the responsibility of every participant to notify the organization the arrival time to Panama airport for international participants or the arrival time of the buses for participants coming from other provinces of Panama so we can arrange reception and transportation.

 It would be greatly appreciated if every international participant could bring their countries flag in a size of 2 ft x 3 ft so it can be included as part of the opening ceremony.

We will have Security and Health services such as ambulance in the event. The show will be complemented by the national DJ, the dance group of Breakdance.

The competition will consist of two winning categories:

Panama Flat International (5 best positions), Best Panama Flat trick (3 best positions).
